VCN – After recorgnising a place of implementing customs procedure at ICD Long Bien by the Ministry of Finance, recently, Hanoi Customs Department will continue launching the VASSCM System.

Hanoi Customs Department, VASSCM system at ICD Long Bien for Hateco Logistics Joint Stock Company has been configured since June 5, 2020.

From June 5 to June 15, Gia Thuy Customs Branch and enterprises will run a pilot programme and orgainse training on professional operations and using the system.

Till June 16, VASSCM system will operate from June 16 for ICD Long Bien of Hateco Logistics Joint Stock Company.

Earlier, on April 20, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 711/QĐ-BGTVT on announcement of opening ICD Long Bien of Hateco Logistics Joint Stock Company under Hateco Group as the investor.

On May 25, the Ministry of Finance signed Decision 769/QĐ-BTC recognised as a place of implementing customs procedure at the port of import – export goods which is established in ICD Long Bien of Hateco Logistics Joint Stock Company.

Code of place is stipulated in the decision as: 01IKI02; name: Hateco Logistics Joint Stock Company; name on the system: ICD HATECO LOGISTICS; managed by Gia Thuy Customs Branch under Hanoi Custom Department.

The announcement of opening ICD Long Bien by the Ministry of Transport and issuing a decision on recognising as a place of implementing customs procedure at port of import – export goods which is established in ICD Long Bien by the Ministry of Finance will facilitate the implementation of import-export procedure of enterprises in Hanoi and neighbouring provinces.
