Propose to remove unofficial domain name related to Customs sector

VCN- The General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has just proposed the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) under the Ministry of Information and Communications to check, review and remove an unofficial domain name related to the Customs sector named https: //tongcuchaiquan.com.vn.

GDVC said that the website with domain name https://tongcuchaiquan.com.vn has posted information,images and articles related to customs operation.

This website does not show the managing agency, which has made the majority of viewers understand that this is the official website of the Customs sector.

Currently, the GDVC has two official information pages as follows: the Customs web portal of https://www.customs, gov.vn (Licence No.97/GP-BC issued by the Ministry of Cultural and Information (now the Ministry of Information and Communications) on March 13, 2007).

The Customs e-magazine ofhttps://haiquanonline.com.vn(Licence No.459/GP-BTTTT issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications on October 22, 2020).

In order to avoid misunderstanding that this is the official website of the Customs sector, the GDVC has asked VNNIC to check, review and remove the unofficial domain name of https://tongcuchaiquan.com.vn.
