VCN - At present, the automated system for seaport customs management (VASSCM) is encountering problems, the General Department of Customs has taken the initiative  in solving the problems to re-operate the system as soon as possible, which was notified by the General Department of Customs on the afternoon of 26th September 2018

In order to handle the situation while the system encounters problems, the General Department of Customs directs the local customs departments to temporarily guide their units to use the functional group of confirming goods through the surveillance area on the E-Customs5 system for handling, detailed as follows:

Surveillance area (Operation 2015) / 3, to confirm container through the surveillance area;

Surveillance area (operation 2015) / 4, to confirm container through surveillance area with bar code

Surveillance area (operation 2015) / 5 to confirm bulk-cargo through the surveillance area with bar code
