As for Quang Customs Department, imported goods subject to specialised inspection were milk, yogurt, live animals (buffalo, cow and chicken) frozen fishcakes, agro-forestry products (wood of all kinds, fresh cassava roots and sliced cassava), and cassava starch.
Notably, agricultural products such as fresh cassava roots and sliced cassava are subject to quarantine and food safety inspections, but most businesses used reduced inspections according to Decree No. 15/2018 / ND -CP of February 2, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Food for 35 cases.
On the other hand, exports subject to specialised inspection include wood chips (specialised inspection result is not required to be submitted at the customs clearance time), refined rutile ore and construction sand, etc.
Besides, most imported goods had certificates of origin (C / O form D, S).
