Especially, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to chair and collaborate with relevant authorities to review imported and exported goods which are implemented through many procedures and require provision of many documents of specialized inspections as well as proposing measures to innovate specialized inspections toward reducing the documents and certificates of specialized inspection, but still ensuring close and full inspection and supervision of the essential targets and requirements on quality, food safety, quarantine and environment, etc.

The Deputy Prime Minister wants a report on this issue to the Prime Minister in the first quarter of 2017.

This direction is based on the proposal of enterprises and the Ministry of Finance on the procedure of quality inspection for imported goods in line with the spirit of the tasks and goals of Resolution 19-2016/NQ-CP.
