The National Single Window Portal still working normally

VCN - The National Single Window Portal (https://vnsw.gov.vn) is being updated but it can still be accessed normally.

Recently, Customs Newspapers received information from several readers that they could not access to National Single Window Portal at the address https://vnsw.gov.vn

Regarding this issue, on Novemeber 16th, 2016, a correspondent of the Customs Newspaper had a discussion with representatives of the Customs IT Systems Management Center (Customs IT and Statistics Department, General Department of Customs).

The Deputy Director of Customs IT System Management Center, Mr. Phạm Thành Trung said that, “currently, the portal is being upgraded so the access through an internet browser can get stuck and have to perform a few actions by clicking on the text as ADVANCE, then click on the words “continue” ... to access the portal.

He also said that if there is any doubt raised when accessing to the portal, customers can call to the Support Center of the General Department of Customs for guidance (the support phone number: 04.37.824.757; 04:37.824.756; 04.37.824.755, 04.37.824.754).

Representatives of the Customs IT System Management Center added: “it is expected that the upgrading will complete this week hence it can ensure the portal will be operating smoothly and easily.
