The Ministry of Finance has just issued three circulars for 50% discount of evaluation fees for some services. |
According to Circular No. 43/2020 / TT-BTC, agencies and organizations when submitting applications for licensing to publish non-commercial documents; and agencies, organizations and individuals when submitting applications for import licensesof non-commercial publications and registering the import of publications for business, shall have to pay only 50% of the fees and charges as prescribed in Article 4 of Circular No. 214/2016 / TT-BTC. The fee according to the previous regulations was VND50,000 per application.
Circular No. 44/2020 / TT-BTC stipulates that individuals and organizations who live in cities under the Central and cities and towns under provinceshall pay appraisal fees for trading goods and services subject to restricted business; goods and services subject to conditional business in the field of commerce and fees for licensing establishment of mercantile exchange, of 50% of fees described in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 168/2016/TT-BTC. If they live in other areas, the fee payable will be 50% of the fee level in cities under the Central. The current fee is around VND200,000 to VND1.2 million per license or appraisal.
Under Circular No. 45/2020 / TT-BTC, the registration fee for using foreign barcodes and industrial property charge will be 50% of the fee level prescribed in Clause 2 Article 4 of Circular No. 232/2016 / TT-BTC of November 11, 2016. The fee level prescribed before is from VND200,000 to VND2 million per year or code.

The three circulars are effective from May 26 to the end of December 31, 2020. From 1 January 2021 onwards, the above fee payment regulations will comply with regulations before May 26, 2020.
