Training customs brokers’ staff on customs regulations

Complying with provisions of Article 9 of Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance regulating procedures for issuing certificates of customs declaration; issuing and revoking the codes of customs broker staff; processes and procedures for recognition and operation of the customsbroker,Vietnam Customs School plans to hold training courses to update customs regulations for customs brokers’ staff.
According to the plan, the two training courses will be held, one in the North in September and one in the South in October. The training courses will take place over three days. Vietnam Customs School will update regulations on customs procedures, inspection and supervision (including updating new documents); regulations on import and export goods management policy; regulations on import and export duties and related taxes; regulations on handling of administrative violations in the customs area.
The application for participating in the training course includes: application form, copy of valid identification and fee of VND2.5 million/participant.
Application form and detailed information of the training course will be announced at the website: truonghaiquan.edu.vn.
After completing the application, the participant will send them to the Vietnam Customs School at km 10 + 395, provincial road 379 Hung Yen-Hanoi, Yen Phu commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province.
