Vietnam Customs promulgates many new decisions on bonded warehouse operation

VCN – From the beginning of July until now, the General Department of Vietnam Customs promulgated many decisions on recognising the operation of bonded warehouse, expansion as well as terminating the operation of bonded warehouse.

The General Department of Vietnam Customs recognised the bonded warehouse of Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company, at Quy Nhon port, Binh Dinh (according to Decision 1850/QD-TCHQ of the General Department of Vietnam Customs).

The area of ​​the bonded warehouse is 2,808 m2, of that, the area of ​​warehouses is 2,736 m2, the area of ​​violation material storage is 32.5 m2 and the office of the Customs authority is 22 m2.

The bonded warehouse of Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company (shortened name on the system: KNQ CP CANG QUY NHON) is managed by Quy Nhon Port Customs Branch.

The General Department of Vietnam Customs also recognised the bonded warehouse of Green HC Co., Ltd., located at Road No. 9, Phu My 1 Industrial Park, Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province (according to the Decision 1877/QD-TCHQ of the General Department of Vietnam Customs).

The total area of ​​bonded warehouse proposed to be recognised is 22,383 m2, including: 12,383 m2 of warehouse area, 10,000 m2 of yard area, the physical inspection area is ​​1,000 m2 of goods in the bonded area, office of the Customs authority is 25 m2 (in the executive office area), violating exhibits storage 100 m2 (in the warehouse area) and auxiliary works is 10 m2.

Besides that, the General Department of Vietnam Customs also issued two decisions to expand bonded warehouses, expanding the bonded warehouse of Sagawa Express Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Bac Ninh, located at Lot D, Que Vo Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province.

The total area of ​​the bonded warehouse after expansion is 7,981 m2, with the area of ​​goods storage 3,361 m2, the yard area is ​​4,620 m2, the customs office is 20 m2 and the storage for violating exhibits is 30 m2.

Expanding the specialised bonded warehouse of Emergent Cold Vietnam Co., Ltd., located at 18, Street 6, Song Than 1 Industrial Park, Di An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Dinh Province (according to Decision 1783/QD- General Department of Vietnam Customs).

The area of ​​bonded warehouse after expansion is 1,674 m2, with the area of ​​1,074 m2 (equivalent to 9,129 m3), the yard area is ​​600 m2, the customs office is 20 m2 and the storage area of violated exhibits is 40 m2.

Besides the above decisions, the General Department of Vietnam Customs also terminated the bonded warehouse operation of Nam Sao International Group Joint Stock Company, in Long Dinh Industrial Park, Can Duoc District, Long An Province and the bonded warehouse of Noi Bai International Commodity Service Co. Ltd., in Tan Phu Village, Phu Cuong Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi.

The termination of bonded warehouses operation was due to the enterprise proposing to close the specialised bonded warehouse, the difficulties of the pandemic situation resulted in being unable to operate and did not arise the procedures for goods deposited into the bonded warehouse.
