Customs News and Quang Ninh Customs Department sign coordination status

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of Quang Ninh Customs Department Bui Van Khang said that for many years, Customs News has published an average of 100 articles/ year about the Quang Ninh Customs operation. The information from Customs News has helped the leader of Quang Ninh Customs Department on leading orientation, promoting strength and overcoming real difficulties and problems.

The cooperation between the two units in recent years could be seemed to be as very good - Director of Quang Ninh Customs Department confirmed. Therefore, with the signing of this Coordination Regulation, Quang Ninh Customs and Customs News will coordinate more closely and implement better the propaganda activities on the basis of the implementing policies and laws of the Party and the State; regulations of Customs sector and the functions, tasks and competence of each unit. This coordination will promote the synergy of the two units, supporting each other to accomplish the political tasks of both units.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Editor-in-chief - Vu Thi Anh Hong said that Quang Ninh is already a key economic region and will continue to grow strongly. Thus, Quang Ninh Customs is a customs unit with many outstanding activities contributing to the development of Quang Ninh province and Customs sector.

By the signing of the Coordination Regulation on information and propaganda with Quang Ninh Customs Department, it is a foundation plan for the improvement and efficiency of communication of Customs sector under the direction of the General Department of Vietnam Customs. Also, it comes from the practical demand of Quang Ninh Customs Department in promoting image, handling media crisis, as well as training about the media.

Moreover, Editor-in-chief - Vu Thi Anh Hong also affirmed that the signing of the Coordination Regulation between the two units will bring many benefits in the work of propaganda and communication, contributing to accomplish the political tasks and promoting the image of Customs sector.

Also at this signing ceremony, Quang Ninh Customs Department has signed the Coordination Regulation with Customs Verification Department to further improve the coordination of two units.

On the same day, the Customs News also organized communication training for 44 customs officials who are leaders of units under Quang Ninh Customs Department and civil servants who directly perform the propaganda of the unit. The content of the training focused on guiding customs officials to deal with media crisis and communication skills, dealing with the press, providing information to the press. In particular, customs officials were guided and practiced a number of specific situations in dealing with crisis communication, how to deal with hot issues related to the press, how to respond to press interviews...
