Issuing new free-sale registration numbers for medical equipment that meet national technical regulations.
All businesses, units and organisations will officially carry out the five administrative procedures via the National Single Window.
The paper import permits under five procedures issued by the Ministry of Health before September 1, 20121 will be valid until the expiry date.
The paper import licenses under the five procedures issued by the Ministry of Health from September 1 without e-licenses issued via the National Single Window will be valid until the expiry date.
To implement these procedures via National Single Window, the GDVC requests local customs departments to assign officers to look up handling results of the Ministry of Health on the E-customs systems.
The GDVC also asks officers at customs branches not to require firms to submit paper permits if they are granted via the National Single Window.
About 80,000 dossiers of about 800 enterprises were processed via the National Single Window in July.
Accumulated from the implementation until the end of July, 226 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors were connected to the National Single Window, with about 3.97 million dossiers of nearly 48,500 enterprises.
