Over 26,600 e-C/O form D have been implemented on ASEAN Single Window

Specifically, General Department of Vietnam Customs has coordinated with Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Information and Communications to communicate officially the information of e- C/O form D with Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand from 1/2018.
As a result, from 1/1 to 15/3, total number of C/O form D sent by Vietnam were 8,641 (in that there were 667 e- C/O forms D sent to Singapore; 1,898 were sent to Malaysia; 965 C/O were sent to Thailand; 5,101 C/O were sent to Indonesia). The total e- C/O forms D that received from ASEAN countries was 18,052.
Earlier, with the confirmation from 5 ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) that participated to implement e- C/O form D ASEAN Single Window, from 1/1/2018, the receiving and checking of e- C/O forms D was officially implemented.
Currently, General Department of Vietnam Customs is collaborating with related units to prepare for the pilot program of exchange ASEAN customs declaration and eSPS certificate (Sanitary and Phytosanitary).
The General Department of Vietnam Customs is also completing the dossier on the National Single Window mechanism, the ASEAN Single Window and the specialized inspection of export and import goods in order to complete the legal framework.
In addition to implementing ASEAN Single Window, the current National Single Window is being implemented by ministries. There are 11 ministries and sectors connected to the system; 47 administrative procedures are implemented; The total number of dossiers processed on the National Single Window Portal is 1.050 million and 19.8 thousand enterprises are involved.
