Quang Ninh Customs deploys two procedures about pharmaceuticals in the Single Window system

Quang Ninh Customs Department requested its customs branches immediately grant permission for customs officials to use the e-customs systems for searching handling results of administrative procedures piloted by the Ministry of Health from October 5 to December 31.
That are, the procedure for granting licenses for exporting addictive drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursor substances, drugs containing narcotic substances, drugs in combination containing psychotropic substances and combination drugs containing precursor substance and medicinal ingredients that are narcotic active ingredients, psychotropic active ingredients, and drug precursors; procedures for granting licenses for exporting addictive drugs, psychotropic drugs, precursor substances, narcotic active ingredients, psychotropic active ingredients, drug precursors, combined drugs containing narcotic active ingredients or combined drugs containing psychotropic substances, combination drugs containing precursor substances for clinical trial, bioequivalence testing, bioavailability assessment, use as testing samples, scientific research, and use as registration samples.
Officials accessing the e-customs system to look up the handling results of the Ministry of Health for the above procedures do not require enterprises to submit copies of notices/permits for the above procedures granted through the National Single Window during the implementation of customs procedures.
